Use/Rental of Board or Community Room

Choose outdoor venues over indoor spaces if possible. 

If the Community Room is used:

  • Please ensure the area is well-ventilated. This means open windows, not doors to keep mice out.
  • Minimize crowding to ensure physical distancing between people of 6 feet.
  • Provide hand hygiene station (hand sanitizer, tissues, closed-lid garbage, masks)
  • Eliminate need for shared items or congregating around serving tables.
  • Masks are recommended
